About Case

           The Noida serial murders (also Nithari serial murders, Nithari Kand) took place in the house of businessman Moninder Singh Pandher in Nithari, India in 2005 and 2006. At present his servant Surender Koli has been convicted of five murders and sentenced to death.11 murders remain officially unsolved pending further legal proceedings.



What is happening now ??

           On 24 December 2012, Koli was found guilty of the 4 June 2005 murder of 'Chhoti Kavita', 5, and given a fifth death sentence.

What will be the future ??

           For 5 cases six years so ..... for remaining 11 cases 12 years !!!!

Why I am focusing it ??

           I was in school when all this happened. At that time good media coverage was given and I was a bit shaken by the cruelty. So this case always remained in my mind. But suddenly this event vanishes. No one cared about what happened to those unlucky children. And these murderers are still alive. Hell to Indian Legal System !!!

Why it is Indeprensus ?

•  No proper media coverage in last 2-3 years
•  People don't care about old cases. 
•  This case happened in a small town ( Not in big cities like Mumbai and Delhi )
•  Indian people are forgetting their social values.
